There is much doom and gloom around China adoption blogs today. The CCAA has announced that they will no longer post the status of their processing of applications on their website. If I have to find a positive in this, it is the timing. I am very grateful that they did not make this change prior to our file leaving the review room.
As for keeping track of the slowly crawling referral progress, RQ is very capable of keeping us in the know. My bigger concern is wondering what this change may signify... is the CCAA trying to downplay how bad the wait time situation is getting?
Maybe having access to this information is more stress than it's worth anyway. Wouldn't it be nice to enjoy some blissful ignorance, even just for a little while?
