Cohen is home!

And he`s making himself right at home! We arrived on time at 11:30 last night to a wonderful warm welcome from family and friends. We`re going to have to get back to reality now after having felt like celebrities for the past 2 weeks!

We got back to our house around 12:30 and were in bed by 2:00. It was hard to figure out what to do when we got home. We gave Cohen some cereal and didn`t know if we should call it breakfast, lunch or supper! After his meal, we gave his a badly needed bath. After 24 hours of traveling, there was a whole lot of stink goin` on! We got up around 6:00 this morning, not too bad. We`re all feeling great so far today but the afternoon will probably be a different story.

Cohen is wasting no time exploring his new home. He`s been running around here all morning, checking everything out. He loves the cats! Hooray!!!! He`s been following them around and even pats them on the head when they get close enough. He played a game of `got your nose`with them just a little while ago. So far, it`s been gentle touches - we`ll have to try to make sure they stay that way. The cats seemed very happy to see us. They forgave for leaving them for 2 weeks - probably because they were taken such good care of by our awesome neighbours. Can`t thank you enough, guys :)

Now, we`re going to head in town to do a bit of shopping. This boy needs some shoes that fit him!
